統一獅9日與中信兄弟進行了一場熱身賽，統一獅先發投手洪心騏投6局失2分，表現稱職，此戰最後獅隊7比3擊敗中信兄弟。
洪心騏是統一獅去年季中選秀第八指名選進的新秀，去年曾在一軍登板投1局，被擊出1支安打沒失分，今天對兄弟的熱身賽，洪心騏先發6局被擊出5支安打，周思齊、黃鈞聲各轟一發陽春砲，失2分，三振5次、沒保送，投的相當穩。
統一獅接下來林岳平7局上場失1分，邱浩鈞、郭恆孝各投1局沒失分，4名投手只被中信兄弟擊出6支安打。

中信兄弟則是由黃志龍先發，獅隊2局上買嘉儀獲保送之後，楊家維、潘彥廷、唐肇廷、陳傑憲連續安打攻下4分，3局上買嘉儀轟2分彈，楊志龍投2.1局失6分、5分責失退場，由潘韋辰接替，投1.2局沒失分，5局上王則鈞登板，獅隊郭阜林6局上代打建功，又轟陽春砲。
王則鈞投3局失1分，張凱倫、彭識穎各投1局沒失分，統一獅此戰共擊出10支安打包括2轟。
勞動部勞動力發展署中彰投分署臺中就業中心首場「雇主資源說明會」昨（十五）日在修平科技大學登場，現場超過百位廠商代表參與（如圖），說明會解說各項政府專案與政策，鼓勵企業善用資源輕鬆找到好人才，並安排產學合作成功之案例分享，讓與會者用全新的角度汲取他人經驗，啟發更多產業與學校合作新契機。
農曆新年後，各企業對人力需求孔急，臺中就業中心為了服務廣大企業雇主，選在昨（十五）日辦理「雇主資源說明會」，匯集各式促進就業專案一次介紹給廠商，協助雇主求才更加順利。
臺中就業中心黃瓊瑤主任表示，說明會除了輔導企業主求才，同時也為弱勢求職民眾謀福利。舉上述的「僱用獎助措施」為例，只要企業僱用長期失業民眾或弱勢族群，並審核通過後，政府會提供雇主每月8000~12000元、最長12個月的獎助金；「跨域就業津貼」幫助居住地缺少就業機會的民眾，給予交通費或搬遷、租屋上的津貼，每月補助1000~5000元、時間最長12個月。
參加說明會的台灣車樂美縫衣機股份有限公司林經理表示，「去年在招募員工方面受到了臺中就業中心許多幫助，除了一般求才登記，就業服務員也協助運用缺工就業獎勵計畫推介人才，對於我們這樣招募較不容易的傳統產業，有很大的實質幫助，所以這次的雇主資源說明會當然把握機會來參加；特別是跨域就業津貼補助，由於我們公司位於霧峰區，這對於吸引30公里以外的人才來說是很適用的專案。」
